Job Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of products and leverage that for our customers.
• Responsible for driving the vision and requirements of our product roadmap.
• Work with Project Managers and the Delivery team to ensure the product is executed properly.
• You will work cross functionally with many Greendarts departments including our Delivery and Customer Success Team.
• Build relationships and work closely with team members to provide and prioritize external requirements.

Required Skillset

• 5+ years of software product management experience for a software product company.
• Experience wo?rking cross-functionally with Engineers, Project Managers, and Customers Success Managers.
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience working with Government Consulting firms.
• Knowledge of SaaS model.
